More and more evidence keeps surfacing that, in fact, the Jews have primacy and “rights” to Israel and Jerusalem.
This time, we find a city perhaps the very city where Jesus performed his first miracle, Cana.
In a rare find, remnants of an ancient Israelite city that dates back three thousand years have been uncovered during excavations in the Israeli Arab village of Kfar Kana in the Lower Galilee, Israel’s Antiquities Authority announced Monday.
The area, located north of Nazareth, is revered by Christians as the site where Jesus is said to have performed his first miracle.
Really fascinating - you’ll want to read the whole thing.

I always find these discoveries interesting and exciting. However, I am perplexed by this: “In the previous excavations at the site a few years ago, which identified the ancient Galilee settlement as Kana of the Galilee,” - a few years ago? So why is this newer excavation a big deal?
What kind of politics is going on? This is not the first time I’ve seen this. The original find doesn’t have enough press play, or there’s something else in the news, so they wait a while and find a little something else, and then re-announce the amazing discovery. Pish-tosh.
Stop with the games and just report the bloody find. Gad! Reporters!
