I mentioned earlier today that my computer keeps shutting down on me…a real pain in the neck. Blogging will be light as I try to fight with the machine.
One note - the Steele campaign (the only one I’ve really talked about or paid much attention to, because I like him) says they’re not conceding.
Good. I don’t see how the nets can call it for Cardin with 2% of the vote in. Steele has testicular fortitude…he’s not just going to roll over.
UPDATE: Betsy reports that the WaPo is recalling its projection of Cardin as the winner. Maybe they thought if they’d called it early, Steele would simply accept that? They called a lot of races early.
Meanwhile, I’m waiting for Buster to get off his computer, since mine seems to be in the middle of dying.

You might try Crap Cleaner which I’ve used to clean out junk from my computer. If you’re running Win XP, why not take the time to do a System Restore on it? I’ve had to do that a few times - I do manage to mess up my own computer with funny programs!
Good luck!

[...] UPDATE: 10:00CST. Anchoress reports that Steele is NOT conceding. Good for him. That is still a pretty light vote total to throw in the towel. [...]

Congratulations to all the Winners…
Wanting to thank all those who tried to help those who want to remain firm in the GWOT.
The sad aspect to me, it seems slander works… The MSM’s effect is visible.
McCaskill in MO is a real tragedy, her comments about this President is truly sad, and the Fox video ad was regretful, for it’s gross misrepresentation of Mr. Talent’s record.
Already the facade of tax increases, impeachment investigations, pulling out of Iraq, are beginning to fade.
It would not bother me, the election of a number of Democrat Party Members, if the deceit wasn’t so intense.
This Nation is experiencing a fine economy and no attacks since 9-11, and I feel many are not engaged.
The DNC has a victory, and I feel we will suffer with it.
But such is life.
Do they now think the elections weren’t rigged?
We shall see…

Florida’s U.S.Senate race:
Katherine Harris(REP)1,807,044 - 38.1%
Bill Nelson(DEM)2,859,612 - 60.3%
Thank you, NRC, for abandoning Harris.
Florida’s Governor Race:
Charlie Crist (REP) 2,495,148 - 52.2%
Jim Davis (DEM) 2,153,797 - 45.1%
Florida did fairly well. I wish the Republicans had campaigned harder and better!
