Somehow I missed this in my email - well, not somehow, we all know how often I fall behind and subject my email to grand random purges when it overwhelms me - but John Hawkins over at Right Wing News has apparently been asking bloggers to rate their peers in this way and that. I am truly surprised to see myself in any of these lists, particularly the one I landed in (by the hair on my menopausal chinny-chin-chin) , so I just wanted to shout out a great big THANK YOU to those bloggers who thought of me and stuck my name somewhere.
Am I a conservative? I dunno. I think of myself as classically liberal; some emailers from the right tell me I am “no true conservative,” which is probably balanced by some of the lefty emailers who call me a fascist Christianist creep. Either way, it’s much appreciated, guys - I’m not too stupid to take a compliment where I can find it, and I am in some very respectable company, which my Auntie Lillie would find surprising!
