Anchoress, I am so glad you posted this. This is phenomenal! My 8 year old daughter takes Ballet and she was speechless. This is a truly amazing performance.
That was just beautiful. The balance and coordination are phenomenal. The moves she makes and at the end you can almost see that she is glad it is over and she made it. Wonderful. This is one to keep and replay for sure.
Encouraging: they’re taking Western high culture and building on it their in own way. Even if America and Europe continue their decline, human progress might pause but it probably will not stop.
(However, the Chinese are nationalistic. IMO future historians may describe America, and Europe to a degree, as positioned to lead humanity into a post-tribal future, and condemn us for failing to do so. Hopefully we will not fail.)
Her line and posture are outrageously good! This may go a long way toward explaining why the Chinese are producing such exquisite pair figure skating teams as well!

i think they drilled a little hole in his head so her toe could get a grip. that’s how i would do it,..
