May 6, 2008A little perspective tonifierHillary beats Obama by what, 3% , even with all the Limbaughians voting for her? That can’t be good. I think Hillary’s smartest move would be to “suspend” the campaign, which is not the same as ending it, allow herself some time to rest, save whatever money she can, and let her attack dogs render Obama as impotent and unelectable as possible…then “re-animate” her campaign before the convention, when the Dems are having Obama-remorse. It can’t hurt her. Might help her become the party “savior” she really wants to be. But you know, it’s really easy to get caught up in this stuff…sometimes, it is good to remember that the high drama of the Democrat party Implosion is mostly political theater. Real life, is something else:
You’ll want to read the whole thing. Speaking of perspective, my blood and I are at fisticuffs again and I’m losing…or I’m whipped, anyway. I have something I really want to write and am hoping to find the energy to do it. But those of you inviting me to tussle with you will have to wait until I’m off the canvas; I can only tussle with one at a time! http://theanchoressonline.com/2008/05/06/a-little-perspective-tonifier/trackback/ 7 Responses to “A little perspective tonifier”Leave a ReplyYou must be logged in to post a comment. |

4 percent? Right now (12:54 a.m.), it’s a 1.4 percent Hillary lead in Indiana.
Is this FINALLY the wooden stake?

I don’t think it is the final stake. Heck why stop with the camapign. It will be over anyway in three weeks. SHe will have great wins in Kentucky, WV, Puerto Rico, and really just have to fight it out in ORegon and SOuth Dakota
I actually don’t think Hillary did not bad in Indiana tonight considering where she was at just weeks ago

She’s an energizer bunny on crack! I wouldn’t count HRC out any time soon. I honestly do think she’s going to get some rest, not do anything about ending her campaign, and then position herself to be gracious to Obama on the outside, whilst working behind the scenes to assure his loss to McCain in November so that she can re-emerge for 2012!
Meanwhile, dear friend, get some rest and feel better!

Great idea, really- and about as possible as my winning the lottery.
She’s a Clinton- and like her hubby, Hillary will not allow anyone else to take the spotlight off her.

Hey, tussle with your health - in the end that’s more important to you, your family and friends and God.
Other arguments can wait or just drop off the face of the earth.
