If nominated, I will not run; if elected I will not serve…I will suspend my campaign! My concession, however, will cost Sen. Obama 20 Million dollars.
If I don’t concede, however, I will consider Ed for my running mate; he can help me with the techno crowd!

I think you would be fabulous…watch out Dingy Harry and San Fran Nan!!! The Anchoress would take no prisoners! I’d vote for you in a heartbeat. Nobody knows what you look like? Hmmmmmm…I have a picture ~ wonder how much The National Enquirer would pay for an exclusive? Go for it!!!

Although I would no more vote for you than either of us would select the other to supervise our respective hypothetical invasive surgeries, I regard that little viral video as a charming tribute to your distinctive online presence (insert here emoticon conveying plus: wry; minus: sarcastic). Best wishes for the remainder of the election cycle, outcome apart, and I hope that you’ll keep us advised as to your running mate selection (I’m available, should you wish to reach “across the aisle” in the hallucinatory spirit of the Obama-Hagel–I almost typed “Hegel”–ticket that forms the dreams of certain online fantasists…)
